Do you need a credit card?
A credit card is required for payment and as a deposit throughout the rental period.
What documents do I need to be able to rent a car?
The necessary documents are: a valid driving license, identity card or equivalent document (passport, even abroad) and 21 years of age.
What is included in the daily rate?
The rate includes VAT, compulsory third party liability insurance and up to 100 km of travel per day. Beyond these, a surcharge of € 0.50 per km will be calculated.
Can I rent a specific type of car?
The availability of the cars can vary even in a few hours, but there is almost always the possibility of being able to choose between small cars and medium segment cars.
Can I cancel or modify a car reservation without penalties?
We allow you to cancel or modify your reservation at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. You may also notify us of any extension of the rental period at any time within 24 hours of the rental period’s expiration.
Can I go abroad with your car?
Crossing national borders is strictly forbidden and involves the immediate cancellation of the rental contract, in addition to the withholding of the deposit and the immediate return of the car.
Can I pick up the car on point and deliver it to another?
We give the possibility to collect and deliver the car anywhere in the area, at additional rates.
