Do you need a credit card?
A credit card is required for payment and as a deposit throughout the rental period.
What documents are needed and what is the minimum age required to rent a car?
The required documents are: a valid driver’s license, an ID card or equivalent document (passport, including foreign passports), and you must be at least 21 years old.
Identification documents must be submitted to the company immediately after completing the purchase order and, in any case, before taking delivery of the vehicle, through our contact channels.
What is the minimum age required to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking the car.
Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation, retain 50% of the amount paid, and therefore not deliver the car.
What is included in the daily rate?
The rate includes VAT, mandatory third-party liability insurance, and up to 150 km of daily mileage. Beyond that, a surcharge of €0.50 per km will be applied.
How much does it cost to deliver and pick up the car at home or at stations?
The additional cost is € 60.00 total for delivery and pickup of the car at accommodation facility or Pisciotta and Centola stations.
Can I rent a specific type of car?
The availability of the cars can vary even in a few hours, but there is almost always the possibility of being able to choose between small cars and medium segment cars.
Can I cancel or modify a car reservation without penalties?
The contract may be canceled no later than one week before the start of the rental period if the contract is for one or more weeks.
For rentals of shorter duration, the contract must be canceled within 24 hours of booking and order confirmation.
In any case, the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the total rental cost.
Can I go abroad with your car?
Crossing national borders is strictly forbidden and involves the immediate cancellation of the rental contract, in addition to the withholding of the deposit and the immediate return of the car.
Can I pick up the car on point and deliver it to another?
We give the possibility to collect and deliver the car anywhere in the area, at additional rates.
